If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To process your refund, we require:
- Reason for return
- Return address
- Order identification information
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is deemed faulty.
